Reiki has brought me many gifts over the years since I completed my first degree class in December 2012- one of the most important being my meditation practice and lineage. In April of 2022, I finished a two and half year meditation program with The 3 Doors Academy, which is affiliated with Ligmincha International, located in Shipman, VA. My practice carried me through the pandemic. It brought me refuge in a time of great uncertainty; and it also helped me understand that it was time to begin my Reiki Master Training in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Tradition with my teacher, Brian Brunius, of New York City Reiki Center.
