Come join us for a weekend of Reiki! This Reiki Level 1 class will be taught by Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher Stephanie Grasso. Need more information about what to expect? Read our Reiki Level 1 page.

Stephanie will teach the story of Reiki, the 22 Reiki hand positions of our lineage and how to give a Reiki treatment to others, as well as yourself. As a group, we will practice giving and receiving Reiki treatments, learn how to sense and feel energy with your hands and discuss how emotions can affect the physical state of the body.

Students will receive four powerful Reiki initiations, or attunements from Stephanie, and upon completion, students will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate showing their initiation in our lineage as well as a booklet of information on the hand positions and ways to treat certain physical or emotional concerns. Stephanie will also hold a Reiki Circle for students to practice the following week, which will be included in the price of this Level 1 class. Classes are held in Bryn Mawr, PA. The total cost of the class is $375.
